JCR Room Bookings

If you, a College society, or a University society wish to book the JCR room in Old Court, you must now do so via this Corpus JCR Room Booking System Form

You will receive a confirmation email, then a subsequent email when the JCR approves or rejects your application. Corpus students and societies will automatically have their request approved within 24 hours, except in very rare circumstances (such as a clash with a JCR committee meeting).

External University societies may request to book the JCR on Mondays and Thursdays only between 18:00 and 20:00 (exceptions can be granted by the JCR CAF Officer on a case-by-case basis; complete the form as normal and answer the question on this when prompted).

Please note that this is the only way to book the JCR for your own, exclusive use.
