President: Melita Rodrigues

Hi lovely corpuscles, my name is Melita (she/her), and I am your new President! I was previously Vice President and Welfare Officer on the JCR and I’m excited to spend my free time improving college life and support my committee with bringing their ideas and events to fruition. I’m a third year English student, so you’ll probably find me in the Taylor a lot or at Taco Bell at 3am. My aim is to make Corpus a friendly, inclusive and lively community where everyone feels heard and valued. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me about any suggestions or feedback as the JCR is there to represent you and work for your benefit.

Speaking of yapping, I’m always around college for a chat about anything, JCR related or otherwise! You can find me in the Peli, the library (at 2am), sidge, or playing tennis at the uni tennis courts. I’m really excited to be your guys’ Vice President and I have great hopes for our new JCR to have a very successful and fun year!
